4. Wait for your Quotation
Within 24 hours, you should receive by email our quotation for your consideration.

5. Confirm, Amend or Cancel your Quotation
You should then confirm, amend or cancel your quotation. You can easily change quantities, delete or add products and return the email to us. Important: always complete your shipping address.

We offer you a full money back or product replacement Guarantee on any product and packaging defects, which are attributed to our fault or mishandling. Defects, spoilage and loss, which occur during shipment shall be reported immediately to the freight forwarder for a possible
refund. Goods are not insured against loss, damage or spoilage during shipping.

Quotation of Prices:
Quoted prices are seasonable prices (food stuff) or recent market prices and might slightly change on the actual day of purchase.
Postage weights are calculated estimates and might slightly change when packing is done.
Any such changes will be communicated to you immediately with the respective credit or debit note.

Payment Conditions:
Individual orders made through the internet and our websites request full payment in advance of the invoiced amount.
Retail/Wholesale orders: new and first time customers are expected to pay the invoiced amount in full and in advance.
