Project.
MS-CONSULT has also set up a seven-member voluntary core group, with an attached advisory board comprising of experts in designing, engineering, attorney, administration, financing, trading, manufacturing, marketing and export know how. 
Various group and public forum presentations and pre-launching programs are held and continue to take place for interest groups. 
Work is expected to commence on the US$45 million WTC ACCRA complex on 1st November 2002 and will be completed within two years.
